	Municipal Lien Certificates are researched and completed each week. Please deliver your request by Thursday noon and your certificate will be mailed or available for pick up Friday (city hall closes at 12:30 pm). Please include in your request the property address, assessors Map/Parcel Identification and the required fee. ($25 residential, $100 four family or greater, $150 commercial) For map/parcel information search the assessors property assessment records, phone the assessors at 781-393-2435, or e-mail your request to collector@medford.org. Requests should be mailed or delivered to the Treasurer/Collector's Office, 85 G.P. Hassett Drive, Medford, MA 02155 and include a self addressed stamped envelope.
