ASSISTANCE WITH CENSUS FORMS
AVAILABLE AT MEDFORD CITY HALL
If you are in need of assistance completing your
census forms, the U. S. Census Bureau will be providing help
from March 19, 2010 through April 16, 2010
at Medford City Hall, 2nd Floor, just outside the
Council Chamber,
to assistant anyone who may
need help or require additional forms.
The hours are
Mon, Tues & Thurs 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Wednesday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
